#Buffelsdrift Game Lodge Buffelsdrift Game Lodge is situated near Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo, South Africa. It is 6 km outside the town and on the road that leads to the famous Cango Caves. The setting is in a valley approaching the Swartberg mountains with typical Little Karoo bushveld and 'fynbos'.
The main lodge is on the banks of a 5 ha waterhole with hippo, turtle and fish. Accommodation is in a variety of luxury tents that include all the amenities of a luxury lodge, such as an en-suite bathroom, private outdoor hot water shower, air conditioning, digital safe, tea and coffee facilities, etc.
Activities at the lodge include bush safaris in open vehicles with qualified guides, horse back safaris as well as elephant feeding and riding.
The lodge is in close proximity to a number of very popular attractions in and around Oudtshoorn. A nearby ostrich farm gives educational exposure to these exceptional birds. The iconic Cango Caves are world renowned, you can do a standard tour of 1 hour or an extended adventure tour.
