Cape Town Surrounds Full Day Tour
Overview
The first half of this full day tour is devoted to the Cape Peninsula. You travel along the West Coast of the Peninsula with the Atlantic Ocean to your right and the Table Mountain range to your left. After passing the scenic fishing town, Hout Bay, you travel along the iconic Chapman’s Peak Drive (if open). You turn inland to Scarborough and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Cape Point is the furthest south that the tour will take you. The return trip is via Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek and Muizenberg.
The second half of the day covers a visit to the Cape Winelands. It includes the historic town of Stellenbosch with its lovely oak lined streets and beautiful examples of old Cape Dutch architecture. You visit a local wine estate for a wine tasting experience. Lunch is for your own account.
